Deep Relief Barefoot Therapy - 90 minutes ($210)
A deeply therapeutic massage experience designed to release chronic tension and support whole-body relief.
Barefoot Therapy is a specialized deep tissue modality known as Ashiatsu, in which the practitioner uses their feet—supported by overhead bars—to deliver slow, flowing, deeply sustained pressure. This technique allows for broad, consistent compression that works deeply into the muscles while remaining comfortable and controlled.
By using gravity and the full surface of the foot, this approach offers intense therapeutic depth without sharp or localized discomfort. The experience is both grounding and relaxing, often described as fluid, rhythmic, and wave-like. The Radiance Massage begins with a nourishing exfoliating body scrub to smooth texture and prepare the body for deeper relaxation. A soothing full body massage followed, allowing muscles to soften and the body to fully unwind. You are then comfortably wrapped to encourage hydration and rest, while enjoying a focused scalp, neck, and facial massage that calms the nervous system and brings you the experience to a deeply restorative close.

Golden Tide Renewal $25- Mineral sand exfoliation & hydration infusion for the back, feet, or hands- a gentle, mineral sand exfoliation smoothes and renews the skin, followed by warm water towels to softly cleanse and cocoon the body.
